We?re looking for a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity that?s detail-oriented with ability to work well with cross-functional teams.<BR><BR>This highly analytical position will frequently present to business leaders. You must have effective verbal and written communication skills in the areas of process design, internal control effectiveness, computing system interaction, and other relevant areas to ensure that Amazon''s Finance Operations processes stay ahead of risks associated with growth.<BR><BR>You will be involved in multiple simultaneous project launches that have impact on the Finance Operations organization and requires a solid understanding of our systems and processes. You will be expected to take ownership, identify process improvement opportunities for existing processes and controls, and assist in driving positive change in the organization.<BR>Basic Qualifications<BR>? BS/BA degree<BR>? 2+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience<BR>? Experience performing ad hoc analyses using advanced Excel<BR>Preferred Qualifications<BR>?
