               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Job Description<BR>Forfeiture Support Associates (FSA), a government contractor in support of the Asset Forfeiture Program of the U.S. Departments of Justice and Homeland Security, has an opening for a Financial Analyst located at the Drug Enforcement Administration, Seattle, WA.. DEA implements major investigative strategies against drug networks and cartels. Enforcement operations have resulted in significant seizure and forfeiture activity. This position requires U.S. Citizenship and a 7 (or 10) year minimum background investigation, to include a credit check.<BR><BR><BR>A Financial Analyst executes the following duties:<BR>Conducts pre-seizure database research to gather intelligence in support of Special Agents assigned to Asset Forfeiture and Tactical Diversion<BR><BR>Performs seized and forfeited asset related accounting functions<BR><BR>Monitors and reviews reports on seized and forfeited asset related accounts<BR><BR>Reviews invoices and receipts related to seized and forfeited asset related accounts<BR><BR>Analyzes financial records obtained during investigations to determine the source and flow of funds, the nature and volume of transactions conducted, and interplay among related accounts<BR><BR>Provides program specific analysis to support budget formulation, budget execution, and financial reporting processes<BR><BR><BR>Basic Qualifications:<BR><BR>A Financial Analyst must meet the following qualifications:<BR>Possess a four year undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or business administration<BR><BR>Requires experience in Government accounting system<BR><BR>Proficiency in using spreadsheet and word processing software<BR><BR>Ability to consistently deliver the highest quality of work under extreme pressure</font></td>
