               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Ida Culver House Broadview, the premier retirement living community in North Seattle, has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced <b>Food Service Director</b> to join our talented and dedicated team. Our Food Service Director is responsible for managing all aspects of a large scale kitchen operation with multiple dining venues and ensuring the highest quality of food and service.<BR><BR><b>Responsibilities Include: </b><BR><li>Recruitment, retention and supervision of staff<BR><li>Overseas the creation and review of meal plans<BR><li>Ensures food service is maintaining standards of nutrition, sanitation and resident satisfaction<BR><li>Manages department budget, inventory and purchasing<BR><li>Ensures compliance with regulatory agencies<BR><BR><b>Position Qualifications:</b><BR><li>Bachelor's Degree and minimum 2 years management experience in CCRC with a min of 250 residents, CDM or 5 years experience in CCRC/250 residents including fiscal responsibility and food service operational experience.<BR><li>Knowledge of and experience managing special healthcare diets. <BR><li>Prior food service experience in senior housing, hospitality or health care preferred.
