You will report to the General manager and some of your tasks will include:<BR><BR><BR>- Making recommendations related to the hiring, training, and management of on-site restaurant talent, ensuring that we have the right people in place, trained well and inspired daily to delight our guests<BR>- Lead a team providing a living example of 'inspirational leadership'<BR>- Communicate the vision and develop your team members to their full potential, building a better future for our guests, restaurants and team members<BR>- Establish and maintain effective guest and client relationships and maintain mutually beneficial business relationships with clients<BR>- Participate in the new restaurant/client sales and opening process, presenting custom restaurant plans to future clients - strong presentation skills are key<BR>- Lead teams in accordance with principles of aligning for strengths, empowering to drive innovation and personal accountability for high standards<BR>- Operate restaurants to drive profitable growth and exceptional efficiency to create outstanding financial results. Full working knowledge and proven history of P&L management is required.<BR>- Be a keeper of the standards - define 'great' daily for your teams, ensuring that all strive to continuously improve and toinspire life at work<BR><BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>A proven background of top restaurant experience, top operations positions and extraordinary references is required. Restaurant background is a key requisite for this position. A Bachelors Degree (preferably in Foodservice Management or Business Administration) or higher is preferred.
