This team is an essential part of Amazon?s World-Wide Physical Security Operations that supports our facilities in over twenty-two countries. This position is based in Seattle, WA and reports to the Sr. Manager, WW Physical Security Operations.<BR>The GSSM is responsible for ensuring the GSS team provides the level of service that we commit to provide to our internal customers. This includes:<BR>? Establish and implement effective, predictable and measurable procedures/processes for team.<BR>? Managing electronic security system projects and related budget across multiple in-house and third party teams.<BR>? Work with supervisor and internal customers to establish, provide and agree on clear goals, objectives, and performance delivery outcomes and timelines.<BR>? Designs, develops, and implements solutions for system installations, upgrades, repairs and change outs.<BR>? Builds and deploys training programs for all users of the access control and CCTV systems.<BR>? Coordinates and ensure timely delivery of daily system support requirements with various support teams such as IT Security, Network Engineering and Corporate Systems.<BR>? Supports and participates in Lean Six Sigma activities throughout the company.<BR>? Researches, develops, designs and tests a variety of equipment, components, products and systems with the goal of fully optimizing and leverage our investments.<BR>Basic Qualifications<BR>? 5+ years of experience in managing teams that support electronic access control and CCTV systems.<BR>? Certification in Lenel On-Guard Access Control.<BR>? Experience developing and delivering training programs.<BR>? Experience in writing technical manuals and procedures.<BR>? Knowledge of SQL Databases, IT Network Design and server configurations.<BR>? Skills in AutoCAD.<BR>? Ability to travel 40% of the time.<BR>? Ability to stand long hours, lift 20 pounds and work at times in an industrial environment.<BR>? Bachelor?s degree (or higher) in Electronic, Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent.<BR>Preferred Qualifications<BR>? CPP, PSP or CISSP Certification<BR>? Certification in access control systems<BR>? Physical Security Project Management Experience<BR>? Experience in converting local access control systems to an enterprise wide versions<BR>? Lean Six Sigma<BR>? PMP Certification<BR>? French, Germany, Chinese or Japanese language skills </font></td>
