Also please allow 2-3 weeks prior to following up on a resume or application status.<BR><BR>Andrews International in an equal opportunity employer.<BR><BR>Job Description:<BR><BR>• Provide security alarm and CCTV monitoring for over 60 locations globally.<BR>• Maintain an in depth knowledge of emergency, dispatching and executive response procedures.<BR>• Monitor and provide initial response to incidents, security alarms, and access control problems globally.<BR>• Answer, forward and dispatch appropriate response to local emergency calls (911).<BR>• Operate the Seattle-area Company Lost and Found.<BR>• Communicate building maintenance and security issues to the appropriate managers.<BR>• Answer telephone calls including those of a general or emergency nature.<BR>• Provide a high level of customer service to Employees, Contractors, Temporary Employees and Visitors.<BR>• Respond to Emergencies in a professional manner, generating communications that would be admissible in Court and adhere to the Corporate Standards.<BR><BR>Job Minimum Requirements:<BR>• Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time (the entire work day) without becoming distracted.<BR>• Minimum of 1 year experience in an Operations Center/Call Center/Command Center type environment.<BR>• High level customer service skills as demonstrated by way of previous work history.<BR>• Excellent grasp of MS Office Suite and programs to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, InfoPath, SharePoint, etc. <BR>• High level computer skills. Must be able to navigate menus and perform logic based searches of data rapidly and effectively.<BR>• Multitasking skills, including at a minimum, the ability to answer multiple phone lines, prioritize alarms and efficiently dispatch security officers while receiving visitors, issuing/altering/deactivating ID badges, responding to emails and monitoring CCTV equipment.<BR>• Experience balancing stress and workload to ensure success and continuity of operations <BR>• Excellent communications skills, including a mastery of the English language both written and spoken. (Writing test to be administered) <BR>• Professional Demeanor.<BR><BR><BR> Preferred qualifications:<BR>• Minimum of 60 college credits in a related subject (Communications, Criminal Justice, etc).<BR>• Minimum of 1 year experience with Access Control systems (Ex. Lenel, Pacom, Hersh, etc..). <BR>• Minimum of 1 year experience providing dispatch functions.<BR>• MS Office Power user.</font></td>
