Join a finance team that's creating innovative tools that make smart health care choices possible.</b> <br><br> <b>Healthcare Utilization Analyst - HEDIS / Quality Metrics <br> Seattle, WA; Portland, OR; Salt Lake City, UT</b> <br><br> <b>Bring your analytical expertise to this role in which you will:</b> <ul><li> Be responsible for proactively managing and retrospectively tracking and reporting on the financial and risk positions within the company, and supporting the strategic goals of the corporation <li> Perform technical, analytical, support, and leadership functions to help the division and the company meet its goals</ul> <br><br><BR><b>Combine your project management skills with the following:</b><br> <b>HEALTHCARE UTILIZATION ANALYST I</b> <ul><li> 3 years job-related experience or equivalent combination of education and related work experience <li> Well-developed business sense (finance, accounting, economics, risk management) <li> Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, statistical analysis, database, SAS / SQL) <li> Perform difficult analytical tasks with minimum supervision <li> Work independently on complex projects and issues with large financial and/or risk impact to the corporation <li> Advanced knowledge of program evaluation concepts and methodologies, with expertise in program effectiveness analysis, measurement, and reporting <li> Keen analytical and problem solving skills <li> Solid oral and written communication skills <li> Demonstrated success with project management <li> Bachelor's Degree in mathematics, actuarial science, statistics, economics, computer science or an equivalent related field</ul> <br><br> <b>HEALTHCARE UTILIZATION ANALYST II</b><br> <i>The above, plus:</i> <ul><li> 5 years job-related experience or equivalent combination of education and related work experience <li> Represent the division visibly in internal meetings as a leadership presence</ul> <br><br> Regence employees are part of the larger Cambia family of companies, which seeks to drive innovative health solutions.
