It is our belief that through close collaboration with the developer community and capitalizing on the strength of HP?s technology portfolio we can deliver seamless and secure experiences for customers. <BR>We are looking for a talented Security Operations Manager to lead all aspects of security operations as it relates to our service offerings and to grow a team of world class security experts.<BR>Responsibilities:<BR>?    Lead and coordinate the HPCS Security Operations team, including planning, budgeting, and resourcing.<BR>?    Ensure successful, timely delivery of security projects and SLAs. <BR>?    Improve efficiency and effectiveness of the Security Operations team, including maturing of current processes, procedures and security metrics.<BR>?    Identify, classify and prioritize security risks and mitigation strategies. <BR>?    Align Security Operations functions with the CSO and overall HPCS business objectives. <BR>?    Work closely with the Risk & Compliance security team on collaborative security projects. <BR>?    Create strategies to deploy security controls to meet compliance requirements. <BR>?    Monitor industry threats, research, and attacks, and assess their impact to the HPCS service. <BR>?    Design and deploy security solutions across the HPCS infrastructure. <BR>?    Respond, contain, and investigate security incidents as head of the security incident response team, working closely with security groups across HP. <BR>?    Foster a respectful, value orientated work environment that facilitates employee success.<BR><BR>?   5 years management experience in security operations at scale. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><BR>?   Ability to manage and grow high-performance teams.<BR>?   Exceptional communication, organization and interpersonal skills.<BR>?   Skilled at negotiating security mitigations across teams.<BR>?   Expert in Incident Response techniques, with existing CERT relationships.<BR>?   Technical expertise in leading deployment of security infrastructure controls, such as IDS/IPS, SIEM, FWs, Access Controls, segmentation, PKI etc.<BR>?   Ability to design and conduct operations security architectural reviews. <BR>?   Demonstrated leadership ability and potential.<BR>?   Se                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               </font></td>
