Most importantly you are looking for a job that will continue to stretch your expertise, an opportunity to mentor and lead, and be part of a great team.<BR><BR>Responsibilities:<BR>* Retrieve and analyze data using SQL, Excel, and other data management systems.<BR>* Collaborate with account management and business operations teams to identify areas of research opportunity.<BR>* Assess the effectiveness of existing metrics, develop and propose new metrics, and work across organization to make actionable intelligence available to business stakeholders.<BR>* Driving medium to large projects that help drive insights into the performance and growth of the reseller business.<BR>* Develop reporting tools for analyses that cannot be managed within the platform. <BR>* Design and develop models to support pricing and volume estimation.<BR>* Demonstrate leadership through assistance in managing prioritization and coaching of business operations team.<BR>* Recommend improvement opportunities by documenting current tasks and proposing more efficient or effective alternatives.<BR>* Assist in scoping of new product (reporting/tools) needs.<BR><BR>Required Skills:<BR>* Must be an energetic self-starter who requires minimal hands-on supervision and is interested in working in a high energy entrepreneurial environment.<BR>* Experience diving into deep analytical questions, identifying a framework for solving them, and presenting applicable results and recommendations.<BR>* 3+ years of hands-on experience in business analytics and metrics-based management<BR>* 3+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel and Access<BR>* 3+ years of hands-on experience in SQL with experience quickly learning and navigating new database schemas.<BR>* Strong written and oral communications skills and organizational capabilities.<BR>* Masters degree in statistics, econometrics, or related quantitative field preferred.<BR><BR>Nice-to-have Skills:<BR>2-3 years of online or performance marketing preferred.<BR><BR>About Marchex<BR>We support our customers through a unique technology platform that has three primary components: (1) Call Analytics, which powers all of our advertising solutions, and allows partners to leverage data and insights that accurately measure the performance of                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   </font></td>
