<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Aacres LLC is a well-respected, multi-state Social Service Company with a presence of over thirty years in the community. We are seeking a Lead Staff for our King county Residential Support program for developmentally disabled adults. This person will support our clients' with their finances and recordkeeping. Some of the major duties of this position are:<BR><BR>• Writing checks to pay client expenses/processing client request forms<BR>• Reconciling bank statements<BR>• Preparing monthly budgets for clients<BR>• Determining each client's share of household utility bills<BR>• Ensuring client funds are handled in accordance with Washington Administrative codes (WAC)<BR>• Conducting banking transactions on behalf of clients<BR>• Answering phones as needed<BR>Bank and post office runs<BR><BR>Other duties, as assigned by supervisor<BR><BR>This is a full-time hourly position, with a schedule of 8:30-5, Monday-Friday. Aacres offers a rich benefit plan. Drug free, EOE. There may be occasions where scheduling flexibility is required to meet various deadlines. This position requires the following skills & abilities:<BR><BR>• Strong organizational skills<BR>• Strong financial skills, with an aptitude for math<BR>• Strong computer skills<BR>• Good attention to detail<BR>• Ability to multi-task & effective time managements skills<BR>• Good attendance, punctuality, and reliable transportation</font></td>
