               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Maintenance Engineer On Call<BR>Location: Washington-Seattle<BR>Job Number:_20099<BR><BR>Providence is calling an on call Facilities Maintenance Engineer to Providence Mount St. Vincent in Seattle, WA.<BR><BR>We are seeking an experienced person to maintain the mechanical and electrical equipment in good, safe, and working condition. This position is also responsible to respond in a cordial manner to resident needs in regard to related equipment repairs.<BR><BR>In this position you will:<BR>* Ensure that the facility and grounds are maintained in good working condition and safe for residents and staff.<BR>* Construct and maintain all interior and exterior carpentry related areas.<BR>* Perform general repair and preventative maintenance on various types of machinery, equipment and systems.<BR>* Operate HVAC equipment and repairs and installation of electrical circuits. <BR><BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Required qualifications for this position include:<BR>* Must have a valid City of Seattle Steam Engineer Grade III license<BR>* High School Diploma or GED<BR>* Must have two years experience as one of the following:<BR>  a.  electrician<BR>  b.  plumber<BR>  c.  HVAC/R mechanic; or;<BR>  d.  four year experience as a maintenance mechanic in building/facility maintenance with a working knowledge of electricity, plumbing, pneumatics, refrigeration and building heating and venting systems<BR>Preferred qualifications for this position include:<BR>* Registration in the American Society of Healthcare Engineers<BR>* 2 years experience in healthcare engineering field<BR>* HVAC, Electrical, Boiler Operation, and Refrigeration Operators license/certification<BR>About the ministry you will serve.<BR>Providence Mount St. Vincent is a vibrant, elegant and innovative living care community for primarily older adults that celebrates life, living and individual capability.
