(NYSE:ALK) with annual revenues of $3.5 billion.<BR>.<BR><BR>POSITION INFORMATION<BR><BR><BR>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<BR>- Develop a long-range plan for scheduled engine and APU removals considering the effective utilization of spare engines and APUs, including lease engines and engines installed on leased aircraft <BR>- Build production work orders and coordinate scheduled engine removals and other special project work with internal and external customers<BR>- Coordinate the use of leased engines and APUs, monitoring their time in service and planning for their removal and return<BR>- Manage the quality and control processes of engine data to maintain accountability, compliance, and to ensure the accuracy of the long range plan. <BR>- Develop analytical processes, data modeling, and reporting tools for use in operations and project efforts. <BR>- Validate and improve existing assumptions and processes; communicate informed conclusions and recommendations to senior leadership to improve business processes<BR>- Translate division strategy into defined action plans, key performance indicators, and meaningful metrics. Build engine planning scenarios to support PBH, budget development, and contract proposals and requirements<BR>- Coordinate with the Lean/Sigma management teams on continuous process improvements efforts and best practices related to engine maintenance<BR>- Coordinate with M&E Maintenance Information Systems and IT on the integration and support of business systems<BR>- Serve as Engine Planning Software administrator and subject matter expert in terms of functionality, software upgrades, module development, testing, and maintenance<BR>- Maintain knowledge of TRAX functions as it relates to the planning environment<BR>- Other duties as assigned<BR>- </font></td>
