<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Maintenance Technician, Supervisor<BR>Tracking Code<BR>175255-950<BR>Job Description<BR><BR>Fatigue Technology, a part of SPS Fastener Division of Precision Castparts Corp., is looking for a Maintenance Technician - Supervisor. The position is responsible for trouble shooting, preventive maintenance, calibration, installation, moving, and repair of the machines at our facility.<BR>Previous experience troubleshooting and repairing CNC mill and lathe machines is required. Our company has a fast paced production facility running primarily Index, Hurco, Kitamura, Mori-Seiki and Okuma CNC’s.  Experience with Siemens or Fanuc controls is a must.  Knowldege of Yasnac, Okuma OSP, and Mori-Seiki controls a plus.  Must have good understanding of mechanical, electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC, and digital/analog drives.  Also a good understanding of machine schematics and control diagrams.<BR>This position will supervise, direct and control the machine maintenance department within the required framework of production schedules, cost control and aerospace quality standards.  Applicants must be capable of keeping track of several projects at a time.<BR>This role is expected to have hands on involvement in the trouble shooting process and resolution.  Be able to diagnose machine problems and repair machines including disassembly, part identification, ordering or fabricating and reassembly as necessary in a clean and timely manner.  Individual must be able to exert heavy physical effort and lift 20-50 lbs.<BR>High school diploma with documentation showing formal education in this field.  10+ years experience or combination of education and experience required.  Manufacturer education in related controls and mechanics maintenance a plus.<BR> <BR>Job Location<BR>Seattle, WA, US.<BR>Position Type<BR>Full-Time/Regular<BR>- Submit/Create a new r?sum?/CV for this posting<BR>- Use an existing r?sum?/CV to submit for this posting<BR>- Email this posting to a friend </font></td>
