<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">A non-profit housing organization has an immediate need for a full-time Maintenance Person in an assisted living facility.<BR><BR><b> JOB DESCRIPTION: </b><BR>The Maintenance Person is responsible for maintaining a clean, orderly and safe working and living environment for staff and residents inside and outside the facility. Responsible for the service, maintenance and repair of all facility systems, buildings and equipment.<BR> <BR><b> JOB REQUIREMENTS: </b><BR>~High school graduate or equivalent experience<BR>~One (1) year of facilities experience or closely related field. <BR>~ Must have a good working knowledge of mechanical systems and understand all aspects of plant maintenance.<BR>~Must have good organizational skills.<BR>~Must be able to speak and read English well enough to perform job duties.<BR>~ Must pass background check relevant to job duties.<BR>~ Must pass drug test. <BR>~Must pass pre-employment physical.<BR><BR><b>PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS</b><BR>~Previous experience working with the elderly.<BR><BR><b>HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE: </b><BR>Position is a full-time, M-F, 7:30am-4:30pm.
