<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: manager, Sales Planning, Channel Development - Seattle, WA<BR>Location: WA-Seattle<BR>Job Summary and Mission<BR>Themanager, Sales Planning contributes to Starbucks success by leveraging customer, category, and shopper insights to develop product specific Go-To-Market strategies and serves as the conduit between Starbucks and our Consumer Product Goods (CPG) Customer teams. This position translates category marketing plans to Customer Business Development plans while serving as the voice of the CPG customer into the category and is responsible for delivering the category's business plan to the key CBD Teams and Acosta, our 3rd party retail partner. Models and act in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.<BR><BR>Summary of Key Responsibilities<BR><BR>Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:<BR><BR>Leadership - Setting and executing goals, developing organizational capability, and modeling how we work together:<BR>* Lead his/her respective brand as a priority within the Starbucks Go-To-Market strategy to achieve all AOP and Sales Fundamental objectives.<BR>* Translate category marketing plans into CBD plans that build brand equity and grow market share.<BR>* Develop and deploy clear communication and cohesive category plans to CBD/Acosta teams.<BR>* Establish a strong CPG customer-focused approach to communicate the strategies and objectives of our key CPG customers into the category to ensure their requirements are built into the Go-To-Market plans.<BR>* Leverage customer, category and shopper insights to provide direct input into his/her respective brand's P&L based on customer merchandising and sales promotion plans.<BR>* Ensure Go-To-Market plans, materials, and approach aligns with Starbucks and the overall brand strategy.<BR>* Active participant in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer Joint Business Planning process.<BR>Planning and Execution - Developing strategic and operational plans for the work group, managing execution, and measuring results:<BR>* Must be able to think strategically AND execute brilliantly.<BR>* Understand the key business drivers at each Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer to identify opportunities for growth.<BR>* Responsible for development and management of the CPG Go-To-Market master plan for his/her respective brand to ensure sufficiency to deliver CPG corporate goals.<BR>* Participates in the Joint Business Planning process with the category from end to end - from Category to Marketing to Sales Planning to CBD Customer Team to CPG Customer.<BR>* Integrates the work of Starbucks categories, marketing and sales planning to deliver cohesive aligned programs.<BR>Business Requirements - Providing functional expertise and executing functional responsibilities:<BR>* Accountable to support and deliver Starbucks NA CPG volume/share objectives.<BR>* Accountable for delivery of category specific volume, share and sales fundamentals.<BR>* Providing functional expertise and executing functional responsibilities.<BR>* Co-creates innovative ideas with </font></td>
