               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Manager, Sales Support<BR>Location: United States-Washington-Seattle<BR>Other Locations: United States-Texas-Houston, United States-Texas-Dallas, United States-California-Los Angeles, United States-Colorado-Denver<BR>SAM Support Managers are responsible for the supervision and management of their regional team both locally and in other locations. Responsibilities include:<BR>* Development of the staff.<BR>* Building a supportive, knowledgeable team that will add to the success of the sales team and increase the company&#39;s bottom line while providing excellent service to clients.<BR>* Develop strong networking relationships with Sales Managers, Account Managers, clients, and brokers.<BR>* Will assist in the on-boarding, training, and hiring of new associates<BR>* Support the field by handling and answering questions<BR>* Operating independently while ensuring the success of all the field members within the region<BR>* Perform periodic outreach calls to internal partners and work closely with the senior leadership to analyze support needs.<BR> <BR>Daily activities include serving as a liaison for Sales and Account Managers, clients and brokers and our home office contacts; finding efficiencies; training and coaching of assigned staff to achieve departmental goals and improving processes for daily staff functions, and following up on various items for project management in the office. They are responsible for ensuring daily activity activities as outlined by process and procedures are in line with compliance and auditing standards. Travel to assigned offices for performance and business situations is required. It is expected that Team Leads serve as a leader, manager and supervisor to their staff and support their staff as a liaison to sales representatives, account managers, and home office internal contacts. Would involve being the service manager as needed if issues are escalated.<BR>Candidates should have three or more years of experience in the insurance industry in sales, customer service or management. It is expected that to accomplish the above-mentioned objective, the candidate must possess sufficient knowledge to produce quality work in an efficient manner independently. They must be customer focused to both internal and external customers while managing expectations.<BR> <BR>Travel to each field office in the region twice annually and off site meetings is required. Travel of 50% of the time.<BR><BR>This position can be located in Seattle, WA, Denver, CO, Los Angeles, CA or Houston, TX.<BR>Previous insurance/sales support experience is required. Travel to assigned offices is required.
