Develops and manages strategy team members. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.<BR><BR><BR>Summary of Key Responsibilities<BR>Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:<BR>Leadership - Setting goals for the work group, developing organizational capability, and modeling how we work<BR>together:<BR>- Identifies and communicates key responsibilities and practices to ensure the immediate team of direct reports<BR>promotes a successful attitude, confidence in leadership, and teamwork to achieve business results.<BR>- Supports the implementation of company programs to ensure the success of the Company.<BR>Planning and Execution - Developing strategic and operational plans for the work group, managing execution, and<BR>measuring results:<BR>- Plans and manages business unit and department processes and practices to ensure that programs are aligned<BR>with company business goals and objectives.<BR>- Prepares, communicates and educates client groups and team on changes in policies and practices within the<BR>organization.<BR>Business Requirements - Providing functional expertise and executing functional responsibilities:<BR>- Creates structured presentations illustrating key business issues, new insights and recommendations.<BR>Communicates team recommendations to executive leadership team and field questions and concerns.<BR>Communicates learnings and insights across cross-functional team, strategy team leadership and executive<BR>sponsors. Develops strong working relationships with sponsoring executives related to project work.<BR>- Leads strategic project problem solving efforts by helping the team identify and define key issues, develop<BR>hypotheses and design required analyses. Provides problem solving leadership across entire project to crossfunctional<BR>teams. Guides the team in thinking through complex and ambiguous issues, identifies creative information<BR>sources and approached and pushes the team to develop new insights. Oversees and reviews team analytics to<BR>ensure integrity and accuracy.<BR>- Reviews and provides guidance to cross-functional sub-teams in developing robust and detailed workplans.<BR>Manages overall project work plans, defining approach, timing and key deliverables. Ensures that cross-functional<BR>team meets all project deliverables and timelines.<BR>Partner Development & Team Building - Providing partners with coaching, feedback, and developmental<BR>opportunities and building effective teams:<BR>- Challenges and inspires partners to achieve business results.<BR>- </font></td>
