This position will be responsible for supporting the growing FBA marketing team with actionable insights about our customer base, deep analysis of our marketing programs, and hands-on management of our digital campaigns and marketing automation. The role includes global responsibilities.<BR><BR>FBA leverages Amazon?s global fulfillment and customer service network for third party sellers who want to grow their business on and off Amazon.com. FBA enables customers to take advantage of Free Super Saver Shipping and Amazon Prime on third party items, while sellers can focus on selling rather than shipping. As mentioned by Jeff Bezos, Founder and CEO of Amazon.com, in his annual letter to shareholders in 2006, again in 2008 and most recently in 2011, FBA is one of the strategic long term opportunities for the company to improve the lives of sellers and buyers while leveraging our billion dollar logistics infrastructure to generate increasing free cash flow and triple digit return on invested capital.<BR><BR>This role is an opportunity for the right individual to leverage a wealth of customer and web site data to define new ways to understand and answer the needs of the growing FBA customer base. This role will be instrumental in providing key performance indicators, analysis, and customer intelligence to the Marketing team. The Marketing Analyst will be highly analytical, detail oriented, and possess a rigorous mind capable of processing both qualitative and quantitative date to derive actionable insights. The right candidate will bring experience in customer/user research, online analytics and marketing automation.<BR><BR><BR>The scope for this role includes the following:<BR><BR>* Drive new understandings of the behaviors that define customer segmentation and engagement across multiple platforms (web, mobile, etc.), developing analytical infrastructure and modeling capabilities as needed.<BR>* Leverage site and campaign analytics to deliver critical insights into customer usage and performance of all marketing campaigns.<BR>* Expand reporting tools for the team by establishing metrics dashboards that enable ongoing optimization of promotional efforts.<BR>* Lead the development of a customer intelligence and research program, managing surveys and other research as needed by the broader FBA team.<BR>* Develop close partnerships with marketing staff and cross-functional teams; manage multiple projects under time constraints (including ad-hoc requests); be a self-starter who is extremely proactive in managing projects to ensure critical project risks are identified and are mitigated.<BR>* Verify accuracy of all data, results                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        </font></td>
