               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Cash Applications Representative: JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for accurate and timely posting of payments (patient, credit cards, insurance, bankruptcy payments, other payments), contractuals, denials and adjustments via manual posting and posting of electronic files. Reconcile all batches. Research and resolve payment and posting discrepancies. Research and resolve unidentified payments received. Perform payment adjustments. Report daily cash posting and other reports as requested to management. Review errors on electronic remittance advice (RA) files. Perform other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSThe minimum qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and abilities needed to perform this job successfully. Experience and Skills: Minimum one year experience in cash posting or related environment, accounting, accounts receivable or bookkeeping required. A strong technical background including experience with automated systems preferred; proficient in working with Epic highly desirable. - Knowledge and detailed understanding of all insurance EOB-?s- Knowledge of MS Windows and Office Applications- Skill in good oral, written, and interpersonal communication- Skill in problem solving in a variety of settings- Detail oriented- Ability to work efficiently under pressure- Ability to work independently and take initiative- Ability to demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and to operationalize that learning- Ability to deal effectively with constant changes- Ability to deal effectively with difficult people and/or difficult situations- Ability to willingly accept responsibility and/or share responsibility- Ability to set priorities and use good judgment for self- Ability to operate a 10-key by touch preferredJoin Aerotek Professional Services&#174.
