This individual will provide services on a per diem basis to adult patients in a variety of areas, including med/surg, oncology, transplant, inpatient psychiatry, and other inpatient and/or outpatient areas as needed. Duties include screening and assessment, discharge planning, crisis intervention, providing support and education to patients and families, and working as a member of the interdisciplinary teams.<BR><BR>A Master of Social Work degree with health care experience is required. Top candidates will also have experience working with persons with mental health issues. Licensure as a Social Worker or Social Work Associate in Washington State required within 90 days of employment.<BR><BR>This position provides an outstanding opportunity for ongoing supervision, the chance to work with a variety of patient populations, excellent colleagues and a strong Social Work-led department.<BR>Requirements:<BR>A Master of Social Work Degree from a program accredited by the Council of Social Work Education AND six months of experience in a health care delivery system.
