This role will start out as a "hunter" and will acquire new merchant services accounts through self-sourcing and prospecting external sources such as association relationships, centers of influence and vendor relationships, among others. This position requires developing a strong pipeline for new revenue growth and developing and maintaining relationships with existing accounts to identify/solicit new revenue growth opportunities. This position provides a competitive salary with an aggressive compensation plan - top performers can earn total compensation in the six figures within the first year. Successful candidates will possess a strong desire to succeed in a performance driven environment.<BR>Position Requirements<BR><BR>Minimum Qualifications<BR>? High School Diploma<BR>? 2+ years of sales experience<BR>? Achieve and maintain monthly sales quotas<BR>? Ability to travel locally to perform the duties of the job (valid driver?s license required or consistent mode of transportation in lieu of driving a car)<BR><BR>Preferred Skills<BR>? Experience cold-calling, canvassing and self-sourcing sales opportunities<BR>? Associate?s Degree or Bachelor?s Degree<BR>? Knowledge of merchant and bank products/services and/or payment sales experience<BR>? Outstanding sales, business development and negotiating skills<BR>? Strong relationship management skills<BR>?
