We connect millions of consumers with businesses over the phone, deliver the most quality phone calls in the industry, and provide in-depth analysis of those phone calls.<BR>About the Role<BR>Responsible for guiding and generating revenue using mobile search to generate new business phone calls for large regional to national advertisers. Meet and exceed quarterly budget numbers based on performance results of mobile search campaigns.<BR>Responsibilities<BR>* Manage mobile SEM spend to internal margin and revenue goals while meeting customers&rsquo; goals, like CPA (cost per acquisition), ROI (return on investment), CPL (cost per lead), etc. to drive new customer phone calls.<BR>* Evaluate data findings regarding revenue of online campaigns and implement changes to ensure both the highest volumes and quality of traffic are driven to applicable websites.<BR>* Provide high level analysis of mobile SEM campaigns to communicate this information to the customer.<BR>* Partner with other team members to review and re-direct marketing goals based on business analysis of performance.<BR>* Regularly advise on website structure and keywords. Provide additional feedback for overall call strategy for the customer, like IVR implementation/suggestions or ideas for other types of fulfillment channels.<BR>* Support the vision and values of the company and the team through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors.<BR>* Assist in various initiatives as requested.<BR>Required Skills<BR>* Bachelors in Economics, Mathematics, Business or Finance preferred; or equivalent work experience.<BR>* Minimum 2 + years experience in business reporting, search engine marketing or a highly analytical role in the lead generation space.<BR>* Understand the difference between mobile and desktop search.<BR>* Demonstrated motivation and enthusiasm for reaching goals and suggesting improvements along the way.<BR>* Proven strength in analyzing data to generate insight and execute accordingly.<BR>* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, creativity and inquisitive nature.<BR>* Experience in supporting multiple successful online marketing campaigns and operating against clear budget numbers.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                </font></td>
