The Loss Prevention Investigations Manager will be a key member of the Security and Loss Prevention operation; working with the S&LP team as well as cross functional Leadership teams throughout the organization. The position is field based.<BR><BR>Key Responsibilities include:<BR>? Develop and resolve product loss at NAFC sites.<BR>? Define investigations scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.<BR>? Serve as department?s liaison and investigations subject matter expert.<BR>? Multi-task multiple investigations and prioritize accordingly.<BR>? Ensure that you and your team members understand, align performance and actions with and can clearly articulate the vision and values of the organization and their department.<BR>? Develop business cases which receive the required approval, financial and technical resources, and the support of appropriate management to enact desired changes to reduce loss.<BR>? Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methods to drive process improvements and increase efficiency.<BR>? Recruit, hire, and retain candidates who raise the performance bar of the investigative services organization when needed.<BR>? Develop and create exception reports and metrics which are key performance indicators, allowing for proactive prevention of loss and quick resolution of theft trends.<BR>? Documentation of all processes and procedures regarding investigations.<BR>? Generation of daily, weekly and monthly reports based on available sources of data.<BR>Basic Qualifications<BR>? Bachelor?s Degree in Criminal Justice or related field.<BR>? Basic Loss Prevention investigative experience from identification to case resolution.<BR>? Loss prevention interview and interrogation certification, Wicklander/Reid preferred.<BR>? Proficient in procurement, inventory and asset management of security equipment utilized to prevent loss.<BR>? Proficient with MS Office Professional Suite.<BR>? Travel up to 50% may be required.<BR>Preferred Qualifications<BR>? Five years of investigative experience successfully identifying resolving and performing root cause analysis of the investigative process.<BR>? Prior experience in security services, asset protection, audit, risk management, inventory control quality assurance, or other related field is a plus.<BR>? Ability to analyze root cause of loss and recommend deterrent enhancements.<BR>? Lean / Six Sigma concepts and certification is a plus.<BR>?
