You provide the expert support that makes our workforce solutions stand out in an increasingly competitive global marketplace. <BR>Sr Executive Deferred Compensation Analyst<BR>ADP is seeking a senior level associate with extensive knowledge of non-qualified deferred compensation and IRC &sect;409A to:<BR>1) manage moderately difficult to complex client assignments;<BR>2) perform critical analysis of various plan designs/provisions against operational compliance;<BR>3) review participant and plan-level data/activity to facilitate timely delivery of Plan reports, Participant statements and other information;<BR>4) provide guidance/support to clients, executive participants, and junior associates.<BR>Key elements of the Senior Analyst position include: competence in the subject matter, professional experience with client management, high standards for quality, ability to identify/manage client/business risk, and mentoring orientation.<BR>ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES<BR><BR>1. Executive Deferred Compensation Analysis / Non Qualified Defined Benefit Problem Solving<BR>Possesses and applies knowledge of Executive Deferred Compensation (Executive Retirement Plan) and IRC &sect;409A rules to completion of moderately difficult to complex assignments. Performs critical analysis of various plan designs/provisions against operational compliance, and provides guidance to clients, executive participants, and junior EDC associates as needed. Researches/resolves all day-to-day problems in relation to plan operations and identifies/escalates all issues of concern to managers as appropriate.<BR><BR>2. Financial Analysis / Recordkeeping / Reporting<BR>Oversees daily, monthly, annual recordkeeping and administrative tasks (as required by client and plan) to achieve timely and accurate results.
