               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Job Title: North America Sales Manager<BR>Description: Job Goals:<BR><BR>Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics, a thermoforming & composites manufacturing company is seeking a National Sales Manager to join our team. This position will focus on work for the aerospace organization, but will be based in Puyallup, WA. This individual will be responsible to develop, manage, and motivate the sales activities for the Aerospace Business Unit for the purpose of achieving goals for sales, market share, price realization, product mix, special programs, competitive market analysis, generation of new business opportunities, development of people and gross marketing profit for the business.<BR><BR>Education, Skills and Requirements:<BR><BR>?A degree in an appropriate area such as Business or Engineering<BR>?Strong knowledge of aerospace and related markets<BR>?A broad knowledge of products sold and of the strategies and objectives involved is required.<BR>?Knowledge of thermoset composite and plastic thermoforming manufacturing preferred<BR>?Proficient in PC software applications including strong Word and Excel skills<BR>?Excellent presentation and communication skills.<BR>?Ability to travel 50% to 70% is required.<BR><BR>Responsibilities:<BR><BR>?The National Sales Manager has administrative responsibility and acts in the manner of an independent sales manager for the Aerospace Business Unit.<BR>?The position is responsible for developing and directing the regional and district sales managers and other sales staff.<BR>?The North America Sales Manager is measured on performance relative to sales, gross market profitability, volume and mix objective, budget performance, cost as a percent of sales, and the effective use and development of the sales organization.<BR>?With responsibility for Gross Marketing Profit, the North America Sales Manager is accountable for promoting high gross profits and holding down spending.<BR>?He/She should provide a vital link between the field and business planning with product and business manager by bringing information from the field to bear on business strategy development relative to sales, marketing, gross profit, new product introduction.<BR>?The incumbent accompanies sales people on calls to major customers.
