The RealNetworks Operations Center (ROC) provides Tier 1 support to internal and external Technical Operations customers. The ROC is the front line for the operations teams and ensures timely issue resolution.<BR><BR>The Tier 1 Operations Technician is responsible for providing world class first-line network and system monitoring as well as first response incident management support. In this role, you would perform initial troubleshooting, problem analysis, and escalation of network incidents in accordance with established incident management guidelines.<BR><BR>What you will build, own and be held accountable for:<BR>? Constant oversight and interaction with the various monitoring systems<BR>? Creation and escalation of tickets for all service impacting incidents<BR>? First response incident triage multiple diverse escalation points<BR>? Send and receive email communication to internal and external customers<BR>? Receive inbound trouble calls and provide status updates to customers via phone calls<BR><BR>Candidates Must Have:<BR>? High School Diploma required. Some college preferred<BR>? Strong customer service skills, ability to multitask.<BR><BR>Ideal Candidates Will Offer:<BR>? Associate degree<BR>?
