In conjunction with the Project Manager, he/she leads the Production Support & Enhancement team to ensure quality work is delivered on time, on budget, meeting business needs This person would be responsible for successful delivery and implementation of multiple small/medium enhancement projects or phases of larger projects within or across business functional areas related to Finance Systems.<BR><BR>Responsibilities<BR>* Collaborate with leadership on strategies, business case documents and project plans<BR>* Work with sponsors and business partners to set and manage priorities<BR>* Lead and drive all phases of the production support release lifecycle<BR>* Train, mentor and support business analysts on the team<BR>* Apply project management principles to ensure goals, budget and timelines are met<BR>* Evaluate and approve requirements and business process documents to ensure they are thorough, testable and support the overall business strategy<BR>* Work with IT leadership and others to ensure releases stay on time, on budget and delivers key functionality<BR>* Support systems in production and new development work by overseeing coordination and knowledge transfer between cross functional production and development teams<BR>* Ensure issues are communicated, managed and resolved considering priority and customer impact<BR>* Identify and analyze patterns and gaps for work effort at a strategic level<BR>* Oversee the analysis of new release impacts to business process or systems and manage to a successful outcome<BR>* Partner and foster collaboration with IT, business and internal teams<BR>* Plan and track resources and assignments<BR>* Determine, monitor and measure service level agreements including taking on the lead in Recovery situations<BR>* Oversee and coordinate outages (develop hour by hour schedule/checklist)<BR>* Determine and develop process improvement opportunities<BR>Qualifications<BR><BR>* Bachelor''s degree in a related field or equivalent experien </font></td>
