The Business Operations Team supports the larger Global Payments Division which includes software development, product management and technical operations. The Business Operations team is the first contact for payment transactional issues, receiving escalations from internal clients such as Customer Service, Finance, Accounting and Fraud as well as third party partners and banks relied upon to process payments. Additionally this team is responsible for driving operational efficiencies and escalation reduction opportunities. This team also manages the operational relationship with third party payment partners, advocating for customer experience and driving operational improvements.<BR><BR>The Business Analyst participates in several areas of coverage. The Business Analyst provides first tier support for payments regarding transaction exceptions and general payment problems, collaborating with the platform team as well business owners to resolve issues. The Business Analyst escalates as necessary, but is also able to resolves customer escalations with intermediate to high levels of complexity. With oversight, the Business Analyst may own managing specific third party partners and internal customers. The Business Analyst will also own the end-to-end delivery of small to medium projects to improve customer experience and increase operational efficiency within the organization.<BR><BR>Primary responsibilities:<BR><BR>* Responding to internal or 3rd party requests to resolution with a high degree of quality and within pre-determined service level goals<BR>* Resolves inquiries with varied levels of complexity<BR>* Appropriately escalating issues within GPS, collaborating with owners on resolution<BR>* Documenting and escalating broken tools and processes to platform team<BR>* Identifying operational gaps in new offerings<BR>* Advising platform on business requirements of new offerings<BR>* As needed owns the end-to-end delivery of small to medium projects within the organization<BR>* With oversight, may be asked to own communications and relationship management with external vendors and internal customers<BR>Basic Qualifications<BR><BR>* BA/BS deg </font></td>
