Amazon.com, a Fortune 500 company based in Seattle, Washington, is the global leader in e-commerce.<BR>The Program Manager will:<BR><BR>* Create and maintain policy and procedure documentation for Payments Security<BR>* Manage specific operational, infrastructure, and security projects which are critical to our Payments Security Team<BR>* Work with Security, System, Database, and Network Engineers driving critical business initiatives<BR>* Leverage technology and innovation to bring continuous improvement to operational processes<BR>* Design, develop, and implement appropriate metrics tracking and reporting<BR>* Work effectively in a cross-functional environment with technical, project, and product management teams<BR>* Work with other Technical Operations group managers in our global 24x7 operations<BR>* Will own Payments Security relationships with key external partners<BR>Basic Qualifications<BR><BR>* 4-6 years of experience in leading large, cross-functional, complex infrastructure projects<BR>* Must be able to think creatively and possess strong analytical and problem solving skills<BR>* Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills required<BR>* Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners to get things done<BR>* Experience working with payments and internet technologies is preferred<BR>* Experience in managing networking projects and/or datacenter rollouts is preferred<BR>* Willingness to travel on occasion, as needed<BR>* Bachelor?s degree required<BR>Preferred Qualifications<BR><BR>* Previous experience working in technical projects preferred </font></td>
