               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Magnum Print Solution is looking for a full time or part time Printer and Copier Repair Field Technician. This person will join a small team of experienced, certified technicians. <BR><BR>We are looking for a detailed oriented, dedicated employee that is looking for stable and long-term employment. Qualified candidates must have at least 12 months experience as a field printer or copier technician.<BR><BR>The candidate must also have a maximum of one driving infraction over the last 3 years. Driving records will be verified before employment. A company vehicle is provided. <BR><BR>Magnum Print Solutions is a leading provider of laser printer, copier service, support and supplies in the Greater Seattle area. We are a 20 year old, profitable provider of printer, copier, fax and scanner supplies and service. In 2009 and 2010, Business Sound Business Journal ranked Magnum as the 25th fastest growing priviate company in  Washington. Magnum is the largest remanufacturer of toner supplies in the Pacific Northwest. 4 of the 7 largest law firms in Seattle rely upon Magnum for both supplies and office equipment service. Current customers include the largest banks, law firms, universities, insurance companies and government agencies in the Puget Sound area. <BR><BR>QUALIFICATIONS:<BR>- 1+ years of experience as a Printer Field Technician. <BR>- Certifications from Mita, Canon, Toshiba, HP, Xerox, Lexmark, etc. are a plus.<BR>- Excellent troubleshooting skills.<BR>- Excellent customer services skills.<BR>- Clean driving record. No accidents and maximum one ticket within the last 3 years. This will be verified before employment is offered. <BR>- Previous track record of stable employment<BR>- Desire to continue this type of work for 5+ years. <BR>- Experience with repetitive, mechanical tasks that require attention to detail.<BR>- Ability to work effectively with other team members in a shared equipment environment<BR>- Displays attitude that reflects caring about the quality and quantity of work; co-workers and the company in general. <BR><BR>COMPENSATION:<BR>- Compensation is competitive with current market conditions. <BR><BR>CURRENT BENEFITS:<BR>- 100% paid Medical Insurance Premiums<BR>- 100% paid Dental Insurance Premiums<BR>- Paid Vacation<BR>- Paid Holidays<BR>- Paid Sick Time<BR>- Use of Company Car during work hours - or reimbursement<BR>- Company Phone<BR><BR>JOB DUTIES:<BR>- Worked performed at customer site in the Puget Sound Region and at Magnum office<BR>- Printer, Copier, Scanner or Fax repair and refurbishing services<BR>- Office machine maintenance, modification, troubleshooting <BR>and testing services<BR>- Correct malfunctions by making adjustments or replacing parts, components as directed and within established time and quality parameters<BR>- Configure print servers and install appropriate software <BR>- Maintain a 90%+ first call fix rate<BR>- Perform service calls as assigned by the dispatcher or management to maintain a 7 calls per day average or greater<BR>- At the end of each day, complete work order forms for each service call<BR>- Communicate with customers to manage expectations on calls when problems were not corrected and an addition follow-up call is necessary<BR>- Communicate with dispatch and with customer when running late for a scheduled appointment so that customer s expectations can be managed.<BR>- Seek assistance from experienced technicians, OEM manufactures, vendors, etc. when no resolution is made in troubleshooting within 30 minutes.<BR>- Inform customers of other products and services available to them by Magnum that they are not currently purchasing. <BR>- Return defective parts when new parts require an exchange in a timely manner as to avoid penalty fees.<BR>- Maintain a vehicle driving record that is void of any moving violations. Notify management immediately of any violations.<BR>- Park service vehicles in designated areas as to avoid parking tickets. Notify management immediately of any violations.<BR><BR><BR></font></td>
