               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Pro/Engineer Mechanical Design Engineers/MULTIPLE OPPORTUNITIES!<BR>Posted on:08/31/12<BR> <BR><BR><BR>Job Number:<BR>300788-8802-13-308150<BR><BR><BR>&#160; Add to Cart<BR>&#160; Email to a Friend<BR>Location:<BR>Seattle, WA<BR><BR>Description:<BR><BR>Pro/Engineer Mechanical Design Engineers<BR>Expert Pro/Engineer User, "High End"/10,000+ Hours<BR>Windchill PDM/Product Data Management<BR>Extensive Plastics Experience<BR>Volthas multiple temp-to-hire positions available in Seattle (Capitol Hill) for Pro/Engineer Mechanical Design Engineers to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment, as well as a fun and dynamic atmosphere.<BR>Duties and Responsibilities:<BR>The Pro/Engineer Mechanical Design Engineer will:<BR>* Apply sound Engineering principles in the development and documentation of products.<BR>* Provide direct instruction and guidelines for ME I and II staff members.<BR>* Manage and scope investigations into form or function of a feature or set of features in a design.<BR>* Create and refine:<BR>* Technical mechanical parts and assembly drawings to capture design intent and document the key aspects necessary to accomplish the Manufacturing goals of a project.<BR>* Complex mechanical components, including sourcing, volume models, key performance parameters, etc.<BR>* Manage electrical parts as typically used in the Mechanical Design models.<BR>* This includes PCBs, connectors, plugs, layout control models and import/export activities, as well as the coordination and management of interface details with Our Client''s Electrical Engineering team.<BR>* Create:<BR>* Communication documentation to help convey the key aspects of a design to a customer or Manufacturing partner.<BR>* And maintain a Bill of Materials for one or more projects.<BR>* Control and maintain release packages and design history files.<BR>* Participate in Data Management and Release Process activities.<BR>* Determine Root Cause Analysis and testing activities.<BR>* Help with Resource Loading.<BR>* Develop analytical processes.<BR>These are temp-to-hire positions in Seattle, WA, throughVolt Engineering Services, headquartered in Seattle, WA.
