Manages overall conduct of projects, directs project resources through definition, planning, implementation and transition of initiatives. Specific emphasis focus for this position will be evaluating external Quality & Safety initiatives and guiding and implementing alignment of internal strategic initiatives and measurement systems for Virginia Mason Medical Center (VMMC).<BR><BR>Leads or carries out development of project agreements and plans, including objectives, deliverables, key tasks, timelines, milestones, stakeholder and team member identification, risks, decision-making processes and resource requirements.<BR><BR>Leads the implementation of process/program improvement projects as per established statement of work and work plan, including facilitating meetings, building and maintaining effective team relationships, monitoring progress, resolving barriers or problems; measures margin improvement after implementation of improvement ideas.<BR><BR>Collects and analyzes data to support projects being considered or underway.
