               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Job Descriptions:<BR><BR>Job Summary:<BR>The Reconciliation Analyst will play a critical role in the Compliance Department.<BR>As the Reconciliation Analyst this position will help clients identify discrepancies in tax collection and reporting. This position will work with all areas within the company including Support Services, Compliance, and Development to help identify potential issues during the monthly client reconciliation process including but not limited to reporting challenges, data discrepancies and learning opportunities to insure customers become self sufficient in completing their own adjustments and reconciliation. This position will also help with client reconciliation issues for prior periods either because of continuing problems, back filings, or amended returns. In addition, this position will implement training opportunities for new customers to insure that they understand the adjustment process and all associated timelines.<BR><BR>Job Duties:<BR>&#x2022; Works cooperatively with all staff members and management.<BR>&#x2022; Maintains a consistent and regular attendance of set work schedule. Is consistently dependable, efficient, and accurate in performance of work tasks.<BR>&#x2022; Performs other tasks as requested by supervisor.  The essential functions are not the exclusive requirements of this position.<BR>&#x2022; Serve as the main point of contact for customers needing assistance with Reconciliation assistance or Adjustment assistance.<BR>&#x2022; Work with support, compliance, and development on insuring that all adjustments are completed before the cut-off date.<BR>&#x2022; Work with customers to assist and train them on the adjustment process to limit their reliability on us to perform<BR>&#x2022; Create, implement and manage processes surrounding the reconciliation and adjustment process.<BR>&#x2022; Work with sales, compliance and support to implement paid service offerings surrounding customer requested assistance with adjustments and reconciliation.<BR>&#x2022; Training customers in specific features of AvaTax and related reconciliation issues, including best practices for managing adjustments and reconciliation.<BR>&#x2022; Work with the go live team and compliance team during non-peak periods to address internal and customer requests.<BR>&#x2022; Coordinate with Reconciliation Manager on any ongoing or large-scale issues with customers.<BR>&#x2022; Other Duties as assigned.<BR>Required Experience:<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR>1. Bachelors Degree in Accounting , Finance, or Information Technology<BR>2. Strong understanding of general accounting best practices and ability to clearly convey these best practices to an audience of various knowledge levels.<BR>3. Some experience reconciling vast amounts of data.<BR>4. Ability to pay close attention to detail and find the proverbial &#x201c;needle in a haystack&#x201d;<BR>5. Self driven and motivated.<BR>6. Experience with electronic data interchange.<BR>7. Strong customer service skills and mindset.<BR>8.
