This individual will meet with prospects to secure new business by demonstrating the value proposition of the ConocoPhillips Fleet suite of products offered through Wright Express.? This individual will also need to be able to cultivate and maintain market relationships with partners; Marketers, station owners, and sales team.? This position requires five years of direct sales experience.??If you are a high energy sales professional with a proven track record in new business development this opportunity is for you.<BR>Requirements:<BR><BR>3-5 years of outside sales experience<BR>Must have demonstrated consistent quota performance in a business-to-business sales environment<BR>Strong prospect-channel identification, development and qualification skills<BR>High degree of territory management capability with ability to advance opportunities through the sales cycle<BR>Must have demonstrated the ability to sell against the competition with strong negotiation skills<BR>Decision-making capability is a must<BR>The ability to build and manage relationships within various partner organizations is also critical?<BR>Should display a commitment to teamwork within the sales organization, including the Strategic Accounts Group and Inside Sales<BR>Will also be responsible for supporting and selling other WEX programs such as the Wright Express Service Network and WEXSmart opportunities<BR>Strong forecasting and pipeline management skills - will be required to maintain a prospect database on designated software package (currently Siebel and Saleforce)<BR>Responsible for completing reports on a timely and regular basis including but not limited to; product </font></td>
