               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Required:<BR>RNs with at least one year of acute care hospital based Medical Unit experience working with a pediatric population is strongly desired. However, we will consider new graduate RNs for this position with the following requirements:<BR>Active Washington State RN License or ability to obtain RN license no later than November 1st 2012.<BR>Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with strong pediatric clinical rotations/senior practicum in an acute care hospital setting on a medical unit is strongly desired.<BR>Current BLS (American Heart Association Health Care Provider, American Safety and Health Institution Professional Level or American AED/CPR Association - Professional Rescuer) and ability to perform CPR. Current PALS certification will be accepted in lieu of the BLS either at time of hire or as an annual competency.<BR>Nurses may be asked to work over time occasionally <BR>Preferred:<BR>Bachelor's degree in Nursing.<BR>Prefer new graduate nurses with current Nurse Tech or senior practicum/student clinical rotation experience working with medical unit patients in an acute care hospital setting. Candidates with clinical rotations at Seattle Children's Hospital on the Medical unit are preferred, but not required. Equivalent clinical experiences from other pediatric hospitals or units are also gladly accepted</font></td>
