Ride with or meet Technician at designated locations to assist with on service calls when assigned<BR>? Follow directions from the service technician during service call<BR>? Shuttle parts and supplies to Technician when applicable<BR>? Work as a dedicated team member to ensure fast, flexible and expert service to every customer<BR>? Assist the service technician in the completion of the repair<BR>? Adhere to all company policies and procedures<BR>? Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned<BR><BR>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED TO PERFORM ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS<BR>Education/Training:<BR>? High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred<BR>? Must possess and maintain a valid state driver?s license and be willing to submit to random drug testing, per company policy<BR><BR>Experience:<BR>? Mechanical aptitude helpful<BR><BR>Role specific abilities/skills:<BR>? Required to have reliable transportation/vehicle to drive to and from job sites<BR>? Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.<BR>? Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing in an effective manner with co-workers, managers and consumers.<BR>? Ability to aid physically the service technician in the handling of appliances or equipment to be repaired<BR>? Ability to apply appropriate safety procedures and equipment to protect company and customer assets<BR>? Ability to lift and carry up to 75lbs.<BR>? Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, stretching, twisting, reaching and climbing.<BR>? Ability to drive/travel long distances of 5 hours plus.<BR>? Ability to drive in various weather conditions for long periods of time and in various demographic areas.<BR>? Must be able to access interior and exterior landscapes.<BR>?
