Develop new and modify existing models, which can be used for estimating the impact of a change or in a production environment to make real-time decisions in a scalable way. Invent and implement best in class inventory practices to balance customer trust and financial performance using A/B tests, optimization techniques, machine learning and data mining. Communicate and educate technical and non-technical employees on inventory practices. Manage and lead inventory planning projects including technical development and implementation. <BR><BR>Position Requirements: <BR><BR>Ph.D in Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related discipline plus one year of experience performing an analytical function in related field of Machine Learning, Data Mining, Statistical Testing, Optimization, or Operations Research. Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field plus three years of experience in the specialty as equivalent to the Ph.D and one year of experience.
