Together, we?ll shape a stronger future for our company and our career!<BR><BR>WHAT WILL I BE DOING?<BR>In your role as a Retail Sales Representative - Warehouse at Kellogg, you will be part of our success by:<BR><BR>? Growing Kellogg?s base sales by maximizing distribution, growing shelf share, and pursuing creative secondary positioning of all products<BR>? Selling off-shelf incremental displays that are consistent with the Kellogg?s sales business plan for each customer<BR>? Achieving the Customer Accounts retail objectives by taking initiative, being creative and solving problems<BR>? Negotiating with store personnel to achieve win-win results and forge strong long-term customer relationships<BR>? Utilizing a full range of data sources to prepare and conduct effective, fact-based in-store presentations to store management<BR>? Maintaining and initiating open communication channels with Kellogg?s Customer Business Managers, sales management and retail customers to best serve Kelloggs in developing strong customer relationships<BR><BR>WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE<BR>As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in Sales, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:<BR><BR>Required:<BR>? Ability to work in conditions which include multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities<BR>? Strong communication and negotiation skills<BR>? Proficiency working in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint<BR>? High School Diploma or GED<BR>? Ability to drive to multiple locations throughout a regular work day required<BR>? Work requires long periods of walking, standing, bending or carrying moderately heavy items (20-25 pounds) with or without reasonable accommodations<BR>? Valid drivers license and clean driving record<BR><BR>Preferred:<BR>? Bachelor?s Degree<BR>? Previous grocery and/or retail experience<BR>? Sales experience<BR>?
