               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">SUMMARY<BR><BR>Directs and implements the Company safety program to ensure a safe, injury and incident-free work environment on assigned projects.<BR><BR>EXPECTED OUTCOMES:<BR><BR>• Safety goals are achieved on all assigned projects<BR>• No accidents or near misses<BR>• No OSHA citations<BR>• Employees have a positive attitude toward safe work practices<BR><BR>POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: <BR><BR> <BR>• Assists the Superintendents by suggesting safe work practices as part of preplanning and training; establishes jobsite safety procedures<BR>• Participates in pre-construction and handoff meetings<BR>• Conducts comprehensive on-site safety assessments as part of constant monitoring process<BR>• Conduct daily jobsite assessments and documents all safety violations or unsafe conditions/activities; ensures corrective measures are immediately implemented; follow through to insure corrections have been made<BR>• Communicates constantly with the Superintendents, Foremen and craft workers in the crew as it relates to both good and bad safety practices that are observed<BR>• Educates project personnel through “on-the-spot
