               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>Job Details</b><BR><BR>Arc Watch Works Seattle's premier Watch center is seeking sales associates with at least two years of Retail Sales experience, for either our Northgate or our new upcoming Bellevue location. No prior training is needed in watch repair. All training will be provided.<BR> <BR><b>Responsibilities:</b><BR>      Provide excellent customer service.<BR>      Work with customer base to provide the services and help them find the products they need.<BR>      Learn increasing levels of watch repair through detailed training. All employees will be trained in basic repair such as battery replacement, band sizing's, cleanings, crystals and hand alignments.<BR>     Work with other team members, share in tasks such as but not limited to inventory, merchandising and special projects as needed.<BR><BR><BR><b>Qualifications:</b><BR><BR>      Minimum of 2 years of retail sales.<BR>      Must have a positive attitude and enjoy problem solving.<BR>      Must have a proven track record of customer service and an understanding of customers’ priorities.<BR>       Must be able to work independently, yet be a team member and take direction with a positive mind-set.<BR>       Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills are needed.<BR>       Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.<BR>       Computer skills, and Watch knowledge a plus.<BR> <BR><BR>We offer competitive compensation and benefits, including profit sharing.  To be considered, please submit your resume with personal contacts in person at out Northgate mall location.<BR>401 NE Northgate Mall <BR>Space 756<BR>Seattle, WA.<BR><BR>In the North East entrance by bed, bath and beyond.<BR>If you have any questions please call for more information.<BR><BR><i>Mick Smith<BR>Manager<BR>Arc Watch Works<BR>Northgate Mall<BR>(206) 577-3546</i></font></td>
