               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">MISSION & SCOPE:<BR>The Sales Audit Analyst has responsibility for the auditing, reviewing and the reporting of sales transactions and to ensure compliance with Wireless Advocates policy and procedures.  The purpose of auditing sale transactions is to protect Wireless Advocates from financial loss resulting from improper sales transactions by making appropriate corrections; communicating exceptions and recommendations to Management.<BR><BR>ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES<BR>1. Analyze, review and report on non-compliant activities including customer returns, wireless/SMR rate plans, and promo offers.<BR>? Prepare a weekly analysis of audited transactions.<BR>? Receive, distribute and log wireless agreements from UPS bags.<BR>? Reverse sales of non-compliant transactions.<BR>? Assist in minimizing unpayable transactions by analyzing and reporting on major exceptions and non-compliant transactions for follow-up and corrective actions.<BR><BR>2. Provide support and participate in the month-end close process.<BR>? Assist in finalizing sales upon completion of audit and corrections on a daily basis in accordance with accounting calendar.<BR>? File wireless agreements to ensure future accessibility.<BR>? Locate and forward wireless agreements to wireless carrier specialists timely. <BR><BR>3. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.<BR>? Provide support to Sales Audit 2 as needed by assisting kiosks in processing point-of-sale transactions and answering questions regarding sales policy and procedure.<BR>? Additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or A/R Manager.<BR><BR>DIMENSIONS:<BR>? Quantitative: Works as a team with other Audit Analysts and Accounts Receivable staff.<BR><BR>? Qualitative: This position is primarily responsible for providing a system of validating and auditing sales.  This system should emphasize timely and accurate auditing in a high transaction volume environment.  Expected performance in this department will limit financial losses from inappropriate sales transactions and maximize profitability.<BR><BR>This position is responsible for executing pertinent group and departmental Key Metrics.<BR><BR>WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:<BR>? Internal: Interacts with kiosk/departmental managers, kiosk employees and accounts receivable staff in the area of problem resolution, research and system training.  Positive interaction with all internal customers is essential.<BR><BR>QUALIFICATIONS:<BR>? Detail-oriented with a priority of accuracy<BR>? Good, consistent organizational skills<BR>? PC Experience, Excel, Access and Word preferred<BR>? Understanding of basic accounting and balancing procedures<BR>? Strong verbal, written communication and analytical skills<BR>? Ability to communicate effectively orally using tact and courtesy<BR>? Read, speak, write and understand the English language<BR>? A pro-active attitude<BR>? Work well in a team environment<BR>? Required to sit and talk or hear and to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls and reach with hands and arms.<BR>? Work is performed in a normal office environment</font></td>
