Join us.<BR><BR>Accountabilities <BR>* Extensive medical capital equipment sales background, an IT background and a ventilation/experience background.<BR>* Territory includesWashington, Oregon, Alaska and a portion of Idaho.<BR>* The candidate will be required to have an understanding of the different lung disease path physiologies as well as knowledge of the ventilator products in our portfolio.<BR>* The call points will range from Respiratory Therapy departments, IT departments, ICU managers, Nursing Managers and even C-suite level executives.<BR>* Required to utilize the CareFusion Sales Process to identify, qualify and close new business as well as maintaining current customers. <BR>* The new CareFusion Ventilation System will require an understanding of how hospital&#39;s electronic medical records (EMR) work and how our system communicates with them. A good understanding of analytics utilizing ventilator data and how that data provides a solution to a hospital&#39;s problems.<BR>Job Family Summary<BR><BR>Business Development-Med Device is responsible for driving sales and services to new customers. Builds and maintains relationships with key decision makers that lead to future business opportunities. Expands existing accounts by selling new product offerings and/or extending relationships into new areas within an account. Provides limited post sales implementation support. Involved in the sale of electronic medical device equipment. Specialty focused sale (i.e. departmental, functional). Buying process is complex and cross-functional sale with senior level management approval. Sales cycle is typically 10 - 12 months and call point is director level and above. Frequency of renewal is 3 to 7 years.<BR><BR><BR>What is expected of you for success in your role <BR>* Demonstrates advanced knowledge of CareFusion and customer industry, including: key competitors, terminology, and technology, trends, challenges, reimbursement and government regulation; demonstrates working knowledge of how CareFusion offerings impact customers<BR>* Executes on business opportunities and maintains a pipeline large enough to support objective attainment<BR>* Creates and executes an opportunity plan with occasional support and coaching to achieve consistent results<BR>* Utilizes available resources within own business unit and looks for ways to involve other business units in executing the Solutions Sales Process<BR>IND123<BR>* Bachelor&#39;s degree required and Respiratory Therapy experience<BR>* Candidate must have a Clinical                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            </font></td>
