Flexibility in this role is key, as priorities change in response to business needs. Strong customer relationship skills are also necessary to be successful. This is classified as a non-exempt (hourly) position.Specific responsibilities include:<BR><BR>Order Entry<BR>• Reconcile and process orders for worldwide sales team in Great Plains (GP) and SalesForce (SF) in a timely manner, including product orders, SKU’s and customer information.<BR>• Partner with accounting to ensure customers are credit worthy and payments are received<BR>• Verify all necessary paperwork is received and processed for shipping and revenue recognition<BR>• Confirm that SF account is export approved<BR>• Setup GP customer accounts with correct bill to and ship to information and tax information is verified<BR>• Verify GP and SF is reconciled by entering GP order number into opportunities and opportunity IDs into GP.<BR>• Process evaluation orders by following the documented process and policy for various regions and ensuring correct approvals and documents are received.<BR>• Process internal Isilon Orders in GP<BR>• Verify support availability for new countries and locations<BR>• Enter assets into SF with correct support and install location.<BR><BR>Customer Service<BR>• Partner with Customer Relationship Managers on scheduling of shipments.<BR>• Ensure that opportunities and accounts are identified as either new or existing; resolve discrepancies<BR>• Partner with Customer Relationship Managers to update SF with EVAL status<BR>• Relay to Customer Relationship Manager and sales team delays in shipments<BR>• Request and provide RMA material for return of evaluation equipment; follow up with customer/rep to insure timely returns<BR>• Partner with accounting to ensure revenue recognition and SOX compliance policies are adhered to for contingent orders.<BR><BR>System Maintenance<BR>• Update opportunities with expected ship dates in SF daily<BR>• Enter and audit SF opportunity for sales teams splits are reflected correctly<BR><BR>Required Skills<BR>• Detailed oriented<BR>• Excellent data entry skills a must<BR>• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office required, particularly Excel.<BR>• Strong analytical skills and problem solving ability<BR>• Ability to articulate the attributes of hardware and software technology.<BR>• A sense of urgency combined with follow up<BR>• Excellent written and verbal communications skills<BR>• Understanding of logistics issues with shipping of physical products worldwide.<BR>• Flexibility for ex </font></td>
