They value diversity, are inclusive and are committed to a global mindset.<BR><BR><BR><BR>Position Summary<BR><BR>Manage Sales Operations Projects, including Price List Administration, Data Quality Project, MDM Project, WW Eval Program, Online Order assessment project, MPA project and other related Sales Operations, Sales and Channel projects. Provide Sales-Support with SF.com; reporting, account updates, opportunity updates, etc. Price-List Administration; CR maintenance, SKU implementation, publication preparation and maintenance. Oracle support; SKU updating (Master Items and Price-Lists), SKU problem-resolutions, system enhancements.<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>Responsibilities<BR><BR><BR>* Responsible for upholding F5?s Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies<BR><BR>* Product and Price Guide - Working in conjunction with F5 Product Development and Product Management teams, responsible for developing the AMER Product and Price Guide quarterly. Release to Channel with 60 day notice. Communicate significant changes to the AMER sales and WW Sales Operations team.<BR>SF.com and Oracle System Maintenance - Create and/or update existing price lists, discount schedules and processes in both SF.com and Oracle to support F5 business. Perform quarterly audits to verify accuracy between SF.com and Oracle with respect to set discount schedules, modifiers and qualifies to price lists.<BR><BR>* Forecast Management - Attend weekly Forecast meeting to review inventory and manufacturing schedules. Provide guidance based on SF.com pipeline assessment and demand. Collaborate with the Forecast and Manufacturing team to determine last time buy quantities and safety stock levels.<BR><BR>* Sales Analysis - Review of Sales pipeline/metrics to develop guidance and feedback to Sales Management for opportunity capture.<BR><BR>* Sales Operations process development and/or management of: - Non Standard Pricing (NSP) request process, Data Quality, Master Purchasing Agreement (MPA), Master Data Management (MDM), WW Evaluation & Export Compliance, and Online Ordering.<BR><BR>* Perform other related duties as assigned.<BR><BR><BR><BR>Qualifications<BR><BR><BR>* 5 years in either, Sales Operations, Project Management or Sales<BR><BR>* Bachelors Degree<BR><BR>* Sarbanes Oxley experience helpful<BR><BR>* Proficient with MS Office applications<BR><BR>* Must have a strong level of Excel skills<BR><BR>* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail required<BR><BR>* Ability to deal with very sensitive issues<BR><BR>* Effectively handle conflicting priorities and meet deadlines when required and be flexible as conditions change<BR><BR>* Self-starter<BR><BR>* Customer-focused<BR><BR>* MS Access also a plus<BR><BR>* Experience in international high-tech co                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   </font></td>
