The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building relationships, leading, influencing and negotiating. The right candidate will have analytical skills, be results driven, plan strategically, be self motivated and have the ability to deliver top-line growth for the Security Services Division.<BR><BR>KEYRESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:<BR><BR><BR>· Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular clients to maintain present sales and facilitate add-on business and services, while contacting new prospective customers.<BR>· Able to identify and properly qualify business opportunities.<BR>· Develop and follow up on sales leads, calls to existing clients, creating proposals and submitting bids.<BR>· Perform market and customer analysis to quantify and prioritize customer’s security requirements.<BR>· Understand customer key business metrics and provide ongoing feedback to Company management.<BR>· Develop strong knowledge of security business, and real estate ownership changes in Company’s business niche.<BR>· Represent Company at BOMA, IRMA, IREM or similar trade organization meetings.<BR>· Represent Company at local, regional or national conferences or meetings.<BR>· Conduct presentations in front of clients, trade organizations and/or Company management.<BR>· Coordinate social events involving “meet and greet” clients for Company such as golf outings, luncheons, etc.<BR>· Prepare, assist or respond to client’s RFP’s.<BR>· Prepare reports for business efforts to track progress on client development.<BR>· Investigate and resolve customer service issues.<BR>· Ability to cold call on prospective clients.<BR><BR>POSITION REQUIREMENTS:<BR><BR><BR>· Self starter with high energy level.<BR>· Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.<BR>· Meets commitments and deadlines.<BR>· Demonstrated outstanding customer service skills.<BR>· Comfortable with business English usage (documents, reading, e-mails, conference calls, etc.)<BR>· Travel – up to 50%.<BR><BR>Education/Training:<BR>· BA degree in Communications, Business Administration, Business Management, Public Relations, or Marketing preferred.<BR>· High School Diploma or G.E.D.
