Assist existing and new customers in meeting or exceeding their specific business objectives by selling and demonstrating Lenox products. Support customer service, distribution and other departments in their efforts to respond to the business needs of customers. Provide technical support to distributors, end users and executing our growth by trial GTO process.<BR><BR><BR>Duties include:<BR>* Promoting and demonstrating new products<BR>* Execute NAM branch merchandising<BR>* Maintaining information on competitor activities, products and strategies<BR>* Motivate distributors and their sales personnel to sell the Lenox using the Growth by Trial GTO model<BR>* Execute Growth by Trial by conducting 13 point check and GTO process flawlessly<BR>* Train end users on Band Saw & PTA product knowledge, Band Saw blade basics and product demonstrations<BR>* Utilize Salesforce.com and related technology to provide necessary data and services to customers and Lenox Corporate<BR>* Builds customer relationships with the buyer and key decision makers<BR>* Deliver results while maintaining the highest level of integrity.<BR>* Participates in an environment that generates breakthrough ideas in a collaborative and open organization that lives the values of Newell Rubbermaid.<BR>* The National Account Activity Sales Representative typically has responsibility for selling, training and servicing accounts within a region.
