This candidate would have a strong sales background preferably with live presentation skills and a technical aptitude. This role would be responsible for all sales related training for internal and channel partner community consumption in both eLearning and live delivery. This would include our new hire Sales 101 class, a weekly WebCast to global sales, channel partner sales skills training, and other sales related trainings. This role is about 50% delivery, 35% project management of content, and 15% content creation. Approximately 25%-35% travel both domestically and internationally is expected.<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR> * A minimum of 3 years, sales, sales enablement, and/or product marketing experience <BR><BR> * Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience in software/hardware technology environment;<BR><BR> * Understanding of enterprise storage software, including network-attached storage and storage area networking is preferred.<BR><BR> * Technical aptitude needed to interact with product management and solutions teams for interpretation into sales training and curriculum development.<BR><BR> * Experience in instructional design, adult learning theory, e-learning, classroom learning and experience working with SMEs in the design of learning programs, a bonus.<BR><BR> * Experience conducting organizational level, program level, and individual level needs analysis to identify development needs and target program development.<BR> * Experience designing and delivering on-boarding development programs and new hire training preferred<BR><BR> * Excellent presentation skills; analytical and problem solving abilities, working with all levels of an organization<BR><BR> * Knowledge of technological training delivery platforms a bonus.<BR><BR> * Excellent presentation skills; analytical and problem solving abilities, working with all levels of an organization<BR><BR> * Ability to travel 15-25% of the time.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               </font></td>
