Gates Sr., under the direction of Bill and Melinda Gates and Warren Buffett.<BR>Group Summary The Finance and Strategy group is responsible for implementing and maintaining operating procedures designed to ensure rigorous stewardship of the foundation''s financial resources. We oversee the business processes that govern the foundation’s basic grantmaking and risk management; evaluate and improve the impact of the foundation''s grantmaking; and produce accurate and transparent financial analyses and reports. We also coordinate public-private partnerships across the different grantmaking areas to optimize effectiveness and share best practices, and we drive a number of special initiatives related to planning for substantial increases in long-term payout and overall growth.<BR>Responsibilities <BR>The team includes a variety of analyst roles thatform the hub of expertise regarding the foundation’s investment workflow, detailed process and tool design, and user experience.<BR>Long term, the analyst roles will be an essential part of continuous improvement. These roles will build cross-foundation relationships so they serve as a dependable and knowledgeable solution design resource for staff raising issues and innovations related to the workflow. The analysts will also help identify change management, business readiness, and system issues for a specific design change.<BR>During implementation, this Sr. Business Analyst role is focused on metrics and the tools and processes related to the financial components of an investment. Longer term, the senior analyst will also articulate and champion specific business requirements and user needs to the IT team charged with long-term and overall system design and development.<BR>The role is a Limited Term Employment role, with an anticipated term through June 2014, with a possibility of conversion to a Full Time Employment position.<BR>Key responsibilities related to financial tools & processes:<BR>?
