If so, then this is the next opportunity for you!<BR><BR>As a Senior Business Analyst on the Personal Lines Claims Finance team, you will be involved in the most critical aspects of financial management. You will negotiate project objectives and direction with senior managers, develop recommendations to address business issues and make presentations to project leaders and upper management. The Senior Business Analyst will use business and technical knowledge to participate in planning, budgeting, modeling, expense management and analytics.<BR><BR><BR>Responsibilities:<BR>* Performs monthly, quarterly and annual expense analysis utilizing a broad knowledge of accounting and finance principles.<BR>* Plays a leading role preparing the annual budget for Claims and improving the budget models and process.<BR>* Compiles information and analyzes qualitatively and/or quantitatively, developing medium to complex models and conducts follow up and data verification as needed.<BR>* Develops scenarios and tradeoff analysis to support decision making.<BR>* Provides recommendations and presents findings to upper management.<BR>* Supports program managers with financial aspects of ongoing programs, including developing metrics to track progress against budget and variance commentary.<BR>* Reports to supervisor on project status and seeks guidance as needed.<BR>* Initiates, performs and/or coordinates special projects.<BR>Qualifications:<BR>* Bachelor&#39;s degree and at least 2 years of finance or accounting experience required; MBA is highly desirable.<BR>* Effective communication skills for writing reports/proposals and making presentations.<BR>* Above average proficiency with Microsoft Excel required.<BR>* Experience with SAS or Essbase highly desirable.<BR>* Capacity to work independently and in teams during projects.<BR>* Ability to communicate with upper management and comfort with highly visible assignments.<BR>* Openness to continuous improvement environment and ongoing development<BR><BR>Benefits:<BR><BR>We recognize that talented people are attracted to companies that provide competitive pay, comprehensive benefits packages and outstanding advancement opportunities.
