The Sales Executive position is responsible for successfully selling domain names from our world-renowned portfolio of top-tiered generic domains; The major of sales will be inbound phone and email inquiries.<BR>Responsibilities<BR>* Identify, negotiate and close new domain sales business consistently at or above quota<BR>* Become an expert in internet domain sales marketing & develop a passion for the domain industry.<BR>* Build relationships with prospects and create new sales channels to grow new business.<BR>* Be a positive team player within the business; bring best in class thinking, strategies and ideas that align to our company&rsquo;s values, unique culture and vision for the future. <BR>* Manage in-bound domain sale requests focused on obtaining the highest possible value for asset.<BR>* Provide oversight of our domain sales website to ensure transactions are processed in a timely and efficient manner.<BR>* Advise and strategize with product team to actively support domain sales and ad-hoc projects and initiatives.<BR>* Publish and report on domain sales on a monthly and quarterly basis.<BR>* Support the vision and values of the company and the team through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors.<BR>* Assist in or work directly with management on various domain related company initiatives and projects as requested<BR>Required Skills<BR>*  Experience within a sales team that produces and exceeds their goals consistently; preferably within a start up environment.<BR>* Candidates must be a Top Producer, as defined by production results that put you at the top 5% of your peers, consistently achieving over quota and/or President&rsquo;s Club recipients<BR>* 2-7 years of selling experience operating within a web technologies or innovative online product environment<BR>* A bright, street savvy and talented communicator (written and verbal) with a specialty in quickly building rapport and initiating relationships to help in negotiating and closing sales.<BR>* Experience with small business owners and online marketers is a plus.<BR>* Focused on monthly/yearly goals and is internally driven to succeed above and beyond goals.<BR>* Well rounded in all aspects of business development methodology with exceptional closing & relationship management skills.<BR>* Strong skills within the following programs: MS Office Suite, Excel, Google Apps, and CRM applications such as SugarCRM or Salesforce.com.<BR>* Ability to work as a team or independently and communicate effectively with all level                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         </font></td>
